As the founding Store Manager of our Grove Mall store, you will play a critical role in establishing Burnt Studios in Namibia. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, building a strong team culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through strong sales leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team while building a strong and positive store culture.

• Oversee daily operations including stock flow, financial administration, store standards, and reporting.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to improve overall store performance.

• Ensure the Burnt Studios brand, values, and customer experience standards are consistently upheld.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of retail leadership or management experience.

• Experience leading teams in a high performance retail environment.

• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Retail Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Operations, or a related field will be advantageous.
